Pai Mu Tan (White Peony) - 50GM
Origin: Fujian Province, China.
Characteristics: Harvested once a year in March, White Peony represents the bud and first two leaves of the great white tea bush.
Tasting Notes: With thirst quenching properties, the straw coloured infusion will reveal floral notes with hints of damp wicker and aromatic herbs.
Steeping Directions: Infuse in a porcelain teapot, at ten seconds; discarding the first water, then infuse progressively longer at 70C.
